You will translate business needs into backlogs, support testing and UAT, and help improve client, advisor and employee experiences across the organization. This role offers a hybrid work model and the chance to influence financial performance while developing expertise.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, data integration or process optimization.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and backlog items.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with the capacity to simplify complex information.
• Excellent collaboration and influence across multiple stakeholders in large projects.
• Fluent in French with proficient English for daily communications.
