Job summary

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc is seeking an IT and Business Process Integration Analyst to lead the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries with our corporate IT processes, systems, and standards. You will analyze technology environments, document architectures, map processes, and support contract decisions to enable smooth, scalable integrations.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced level of both French and English, daily collaboration with unilingual partners across Canada and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze subsidiary technology environments to identify gaps relative to corporate IT standards.
• Document architectures and workflows, assess impacts of migrations to organizational systems.
• Map existing IT processes and develop transition plans toward the target operating model.
• Gather and structure business requirements, produce functional documentation.
• Analyze IT contracts, identify consolidation opportunities, support technology purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business partners to ensure successful integrations.
• Contribute to risk identification, project governance, and monitoring of integration activities.
• Support change management initiatives and promote sustainable adoption of corporate processes and solutions.
