The ideal candidate is responsible for promoting healthy traditional practices and assist the Health Care Team by providing health programming within their communities.

The Indian Residential School (IRS) Supervisor provides overall supervision and direction to the Indian Residential School (IRS) and Cultural Support Workers. The IRS Supervisor works under the supervision of the Cultural Manager. The position focuses on directing and supporting the planning, proposal writing and implementation of cultural programs.
Certificate in Social Work or health related field; Two (2) years supervisory experience; Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered; Two (2) years of relevant experience, particularly in the area of community development and/or health promotion and education; Excellent verbal & written communication skills and Public Relations skills; Ability to speak & understand Cree is an asset; Ability to work in a dynamic environment, as part of a team and with minimal direction; communication skills; Must possess a Valid Class 5 driver's license and have the ability to travel.
