Qualifications

• Proficiency in through-hole and basic SMT soldering with IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard hand soldering tasks across products to meet production and quality requirements.
• Apply IPC standards and workmanship practices to ensure consistent results.
• Handle moderately complex assemblies independently to support production flow.
• Resolve routine soldering issues to minimize rework and delays.
• Communicate soldering or quality issues clearly within the team.
• Interact with supervisors and Quality Engineers to support quality outcomes.
