Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking Production Specialists to monitor quality across receiving, pin-through-hole, surface mount components, and final PCBA assemblies, while supporting assembly and other operations as needed. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of electronics manufacturing experience, knowledge of IPC standards, and strong attention to detail, communication skills, and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience in electronics manufacturing or equivalent competency.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in business English.
• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-600).
• Ability to read assembly docs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products/components against specifications and reject nonconforming items.
• Conduct visual inspection and measurement tests using appropriate tools.
• Inspect assemblies throughout the manufacturing process.
• Perform assembly as required by the organization.
• Operate inspection devices (AOI, X-ray) as applicable.
• Capture inspection data in required systems.
• Follow non-conformance procedures with supervisor guidance.
