Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented finance student to assist with quarterly and annual financial reports and investor relations publications. You will help ensure accuracy, formatting, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role emphasizes Excel proficiency, data analysis, and a proactive mindset toward process improvements in a fast-paced quarter-end environment.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergrad Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial reports.
Review and format reports for publication on the Investor Relations site.
Support report improvements, translations, and AODA compliance for online documents.
Coordinate with external vendors or departments for printing, formatting, and regulatory submissions.
Maintain financial data with rounding consistency and cross-report validation.
Review documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
Update spreadsheets and Word documents using Excel and Word, including macros where applicable.
Support adherence to regulatory and reporting deadlines during quarter-end periods.
Organize files, track timelines, and assist with supplemental regulatory disclosures.
Work primarily with the Manager and Senior Analyst and collaborate with other team members during quarter-end.
