Job summary

Scotiabank in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager for Investments Client Growth and Engagement. You will shape strategy and execution across acquisition, onboarding, and retention, leveraging data and insights to drive asset growth and deeper client relationships.

You will work with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Client Experience, and Advisor teams to design campaigns, measure outcomes, and prioritize high-impact initiatives that align with risk and governance standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing, business administration, finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing strategies and leading large-scale programs in banking or financial services.
• Strong strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Retail Investments client growth and engagement roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, deepening, cross-sell, retention and attrition mitigation.
• Identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities using client, portfolio, channel, and performance insights.
• Build strategic recommendations and business cases clarifying value, investment needs, risks, dependencies and success measures.
• Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, launch and performance management of growth initiatives across multiple channels.
