Job summary

Jobtailor in Toronto seeks a detail‑driven Investment Processing Associate to manage client accounts and data accuracy within WealthServ. You will coordinate segregated funds, GICs, and transfer tracking, while establishing new client accounts and maintaining correspondence via Investments mail.

The role requires 2+ years in the investment industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual English/French is highly desirable for client interactions.

• Facilitate the processing of segregated funds, GICs and other investment products
• Assume ownership of assigned files and quality of data
• Track and follow-up on pending transfers with carriers
• Perform immediate follow-up with advisors regarding missing information
• Effectively resolve any issues, questions or complaints as they pertain to investments
• Establish and facilitate new client accounts within the WealthServ Investment System
• Manage incoming and outgoing Investments mail

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the investment industry
• Industry designations (FLMI, ACS, AIAA) desirable
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Proven accuracy, attention to detail and data entry skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to represent self and organization in a professional manner
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Knowledge of WealthServ and Microsoft Office programs; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Advanced level of the English and French language required.
