Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Rigor in task execution.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Bloomberg; comfortable using Copilot.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration with unilingual colleagues.

Responsibilities

• UMA onboarding support.
• Provide trading support, including identifying and addressing trading errors, updating models in Croesus, and supporting SMA/UMA accounts.
• Review new deposits, classify securities, and perform account setup validations.
• Participate in content management on Wealthlink, including updates, distribution of reports, and continuous improvement of published material.
• Provide operational and analytical support, including managing the IPP inbox, supporting advisor requests, and contributing to UMA projects by identifying efficiency opportunities, including the use of AI tools.
• Perform other related duties.
