iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance) in Toronto invites you to join as Intern – Associate, Investment Products and Platforms, supporting UMA onboarding, trading support, and content management on Wealthlink while learning the essentials of wealth management.

This internship offers a hybrid work arrangement with exposure to Excel, Bloomberg, and Copilot, enabling collaboration with unilingual English-speaking colleagues and growth across UMA projects and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrates rigor in task execution and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• UMA onboarding support.
• Provide trading support, including identifying and addressing trading errors, updating models in Croesus, and supporting the management of SMA and UMA accounts.
• Review new deposits, classify securities, and perform account setup validations.
• Participate in content management on Wealthlink, including updates, distribution of reports, and continuous improvement of published material.
• Provide operational and analytical support, including managing the IPP inbox, supporting advisor requests, and contributing to UMA projects by identifying efficiency opportunities, including the use of AI tools.
• Perform other related duties.
