Responsibilities

• UMA onboarding support.
• Provide trading support, including identifying and addressing trading errors, updating models in Croesus, and supporting SMA/UMA accounts.
• Review new deposits, classify securities, and perform account setup validations.
• Participate in content management on Wealthlink, including updates, distribution of reports, and continuous improvement of published material.
• Provide operational and analytical support, including managing the IPP inbox, supporting advisor requests, and contributing to UMA projects by identifying efficiency opportunities, including the use of AI tools.
• Perform other related duties.

Salary: The typical hiring range for this position is $23.50 to $29.50 CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies depending on years of study and the position status (student or intern).
