Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a customer-focused banking professional in Alberta to provide financial guidance and personalized solutions at the branch. You will promote products, engage clients, and support frontline staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will build relationships, stay informed about regulatory changes, and contribute to process improvements while meeting service standards and performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• IFIC or equivalent certification completed.
• CFSA to be completed within 12 months if hired.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and provide personalized financial advice.
• Provide financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates with customers.
• Assist frontline staff in handling customer problems.
• Maintain professional space in common areas per guidelines.
• Stay informed on evolving regulations and contribute to process improvements.
