Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
• Strong knowledge of investing and credit processes to advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers of high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Ask questions to engage customers and create positive experiences.
• Provide personalized financial advice and address customer questions and concerns.
• Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.
• Ensure documents are prepared in line with regulations reflecting business intent.
