Job description

Location: Nationwide (Remote and On-site Assignments)

Overview:

Our federal government clients are seeking the services of experienced Workplace Violence and Harassment Investigators to provide remote and on-site investigation services. These critical roles focus on ensuring workplace safety and fostering a respectful work environment through comprehensive and objective investigations.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Conduct thorough investigations into complaints of workplace harassment and violence.
  • Collect, assess, and document evidence in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Ensure investigations comply with the Canada Labour Code and other applicable legal frameworks.
  • Provide detailed, accurate, and objective reports based on investigative findings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive cases with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conducting workplace or administrative investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian regulations regarding workplace harassment and violence.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive cases tactfully and discreetly.
  • Security clearance preferred (assistance available for clearance procedures).
