Job summary

Hilton Foods Canada is seeking an Inventory & Systems Lead to own end-to-end inventory accuracy, warehouse systems performance, and automation reliability in an automated food production environment. You will align physical stock with ERP records and ensure uninterrupted operational flow.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years leading inventory operations in warehouse or manufacturing settings, strong knowledge of cycle counts, FEFO, ERP/WCS systems, and a proven ability to drive system improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience leading inventory operations in warehouse, manufacturing, or food production environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes including cycle counts, reconciliations, discrepancy investigation and root cause analysis.
• Experience with warehouse automation and ERP/WCS systems, with focus on inventory transactions, data integrity and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across stock types and systems; lead cycle counts and investigations.
• Govern warehouse IT and automation systems, including ERP and WCS; support fault diagnosis.
• Coach and develop the inventory and systems team; drive continuous improvement and SOPs.
