Job summary

Fox Group Canada’s Jumbo brand is seeking an Inventory Control & Planning Specialist to safeguard inventory accuracy, availability, and productivity across stores and the distribution network in Canada.

You will manage allocation, replenishment, transfers, and stock movement, while analyzing variances and coordinating with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, IT, and Warehouses to drive efficiency and reduce shrinkage.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills are required.
• Ability to identify root causes and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory accuracy and integrity across stores and warehouses.
• Manage inventory allocation, replenishment, transfers, and stock movement.
• Monitor inventory levels to optimize product availability and minimize overstocks/stockouts.
• Analyze variances, shrinkage, and discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, reports, and processes to improve accuracy and reduce losses.
• Oversee store counts, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, IT, Stores, Warehouses, Logistics.
