Job summary

Fox Group, a leading retail group expanding into Canada, seeks a Back of House Manager in Vaughan to oversee inventory flow from receiving to the sales floor. You will lead stockroom operations, ensure accuracy, and drive efficiency while supporting store leadership with promotional launches and seasonal transitions.

You will manage a team, perform cycle counts, loss prevention, and ensure safe, organized stockrooms. Full-time role with rotating retail hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership in stock operations, inventory management, logistics, or back-of-house retail.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, receiving, and stock control.
• Experience with cycle counts, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations: receiving, inventory control, stockroom, replenishment and merchandise flow.
• Manage receiving to ensure accurate, efficient handling per standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy with cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Ensure timely receiving, storage and replenishment to the sales floor.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Back of House team with coaching and training.
• Collaborate with Department Managers and Visual Merchandisers on seasonal transitions and launches.
• Monitor stock levels and opportunities to improve availability and efficiency.
• Maintain safe, organized, clean stockrooms complying with health and safety standards.
• Lead shrink reduction efforts and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise movement store-wide with efficient replenishment and rotations.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity for the Back of House team.
• Track KPIs and implement actions to improve accuracy, productivity, and service.
