Job summary

Fox Group is seeking a Stock Associate for our Canada operations. The role involves receiving and controlling merchandise, storing it in the stockroom, and replenishing stock to keep the shop floor ready for customers.

You will lead the stockroom team, support the sales team, and ensure adherence to company policies while performing POS duties and monitoring stock indicators for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leads by example and can motivate a team.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and supervisors.
• Available for varied shifts including weekend, closing and holiday shifts.
• Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings.
• RFID operations an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations for how to operate the stockroom with the team.
• Support sales team to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Perform POS functions on designated shifts.
• Analyze and review stockroom indicators to improve efficiency.
• Reorganize stockroom space according to season and store needs.
• Re-label garments for promotions and season changes.
