Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• Experience in inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Ability to learn new concepts, systems and industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to forecast demand by store and season.
• Develop store-specific distribution plans based on trends.
• Prepare reports and insights for Category Teams on seasonal inventory.
• Monitor sell-through and manage back stock; adjust allocations as needed.
• Coordinate inventory requisitions and distributions to maximize sales.
• Present forecasts and rationale to Category Management and Operations.
• Incorporate feedback to refine forecasting and assortment decisions.
• Support markdowns planning and store communications as needed.
• Travel to stores for site visits and data collection.
