Bells Of Steel Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Inventory Associate to join our Calgary-based team. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and the supply chain team to manage growing inventory and ensure accuracy across our operations.
The role starts with a strong emphasis on inventory control and may evolve to broader warehouse duties as needed. The ideal candidate has solid Excel skills, strong numerical ability, and at least 1 year in inventory management.
At Bells of Steel, our mission is to make fitness and strength training approachable, affordable, and fun. We design and manufacture high-quality strength and exercise equipment for home gym owners and fitness professionals, helping people of all experience levels achieve their goals.
We’re not your typical fitness equipment brand. We’re down-to-earth, a little cheeky, and focused on making fitness more rewarding and less intimidating. If you enjoy a fast-paced, no-BS environment and want to help shape the future of strength training, you’ll fit right in.
We challenge the status quo, learn quickly, and continuously improve. We embrace change, seek better ways of working, and take initiative to drive results.
Everything we do is focused on helping our customers succeed. We lead with empathy, build trust through action, and create value for both external and internal customers.
We operate with honesty, transparency, trust, and respect. We collaborate openly, take shared ownership of outcomes, and succeed as a team.
Are you good with numbers? Do your friends make fun of you for being really into using Excel? Are you detail-oriented, careful, good at reconciling multiple incomplete sources of data and dealing with lots of uncertainty? If so, then you’d better keep reading about this job opportunity.
We’re a Calgary-based e-commerce company in the fitness equipment business, selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA, and looking to continue to expand. We have grown rapidly in the last few years, and are looking to expand our team with great people.
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to work closely with our Warehouse Manager and supply chain team to manage our growing inventory.
This role will start out being majority inventory focused, and likely adjust in the future to equal time spent on these duties, and assisting with regular warehouse duties.
This role is based in our Calgary location, where the core hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
