Job summary

RONA is seeking a Receiving and Handling team member in Montague, Ontario. You will ensure smooth product flow by receiving deliveries, sorting and stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a busy store environment.

You\'ll operate store equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, follow health and safety guidelines, and contribute to a safe, inclusive workplace with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Operate store equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, electrical lifts, computer, scanner).
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with material handling equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive all product deliveries and maintain flow of inventory to store shelves (sort and unpack product, operate forklift to transport product to appropriate areas).
• Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming product.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received.
• Complete paperwork with attention to accuracy.
