Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Forklift Operator II in Markham, ON, to support warehouse operations. The role focuses on picking, packing, kitting, staging, and replenishing materials while ensuring accurate inventory and efficient material flow.

The position requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, basic RF scanner/SAP familiarity, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Certification is a plus but not mandatory, with a 50+ lb lifting requirement and long periods of standing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred.
• Valid Reach Truck Certification is an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, kitting, staging, and replenishing materials and components.
• Support putaway of inbound freight to designated storage locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, and physical inventory participation.
• Sort, organize, and label freight, pallets, and storage locations according to warehouse standards.
• Use RF scanners and SAP for material transactions, tracking, and documentation.
