Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Markham. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will use RF devices and material handling equipment to pick, receive, ship, and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy and on-time orders.

You will follow SOPs, participate in counts, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while adapting to changing processes and schedules, including overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years warehouse experience with a proven safety track record.
• Experience with RF-based Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Red Prairie.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer agreements focusing on productivity, accuracy and service levels.
• Handle product for receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
• Use material handling equipment and RF technology.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Complete tasks via RF scanning to minimize manual keystrokes.
• Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Move empty pallets to the designated pallet holding location.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow health & safety policies.
• Demonstrate respect for the organization’s values and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
