The role requires balancing daily production needs, coordinating with carriers, and communicating with internal teams to ensure timely shipments.

The position offers Monday–Friday shifts from 6am to 2:30pm, with pay at $14/hour. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of clerical or warehouse

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and balance the inbound/outbound process of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet daily production needs.
• Provide timely communications to other departments and leadership personnel.
• Support all other warehouse operation functions and personnel as assigned.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules; communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load statuses.
• Assist with customs documents for international and USA shipments and coordinate logistics for movement of parts and materials.
