Job summary

Iron Core Mechanical Ltd. is seeking a dependable Shipper/Receiver to coordinate incoming and outgoing materials, maintain inventory records, and ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are organized and available when required.

The role also supports deliveries, pickups, and general errands and may assist with quality-control activities based on experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both office and shop personnel.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s Licence with a clean record.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing or inventory control.
• Ability to maintain organized inventory records and documentation.
• Willingness to perform pickups, deliveries, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, document, and properly store incoming materials, equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Prepare, package, document, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Verify received and shipped materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping and receiving area.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment requirements before shortages occur.
