Job summary

GreenMantra Technologies is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy, manage shipping/receiving, and coordinate logistics operations. This role ensures timely, accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system and collaborates with production, customer service, purchasing, and transportation partners to support on‑time shipments.

The ideal candidate has post‑secondary education in supply chain, at least 4 years in inventory control/logistics, and strong

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 4 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination experience.
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
Coordinate shipping/receiving and warehouse operations for efficient fulfillment.
Process inventory transactions within the ERP system and manage transfers/cycle counts.
Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation with third‑party carriers and TDG compliance.
Generate inventory reports and assist with audits and documentation.
