Job summary

Original Luxury in Canada is seeking an Inventory & Ecommerce Manager to lead inventory operations while ensuring our ecommerce platform accurately represents our world-class product assortment.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will coordinate with the in-house studio and showroom teams to optimize stock accuracy, publish products online, photograph items, and fulfill client orders with impeccable presentation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, ecommerce, retail operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience using Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with barcode systems and inventory software is an asset.
  • Luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure accurate inventory levels in Shopify.
  • Create and manage Shopify product listings with accurate descriptions and images.
  • Coordinate product photography and ensure images meet brand standards.
  • Improve inventory workflows and support showroom operations.
  • Represent the brand professionally in-store and online, and assist with events.

Position Summary

Original Luxury is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory & Ecommerce Manager to lead inventory operations while ensuring our ecommerce platform accurately represents our world-class product assortment.

Working in partnership with our Stock Associate and reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day flow of inventory from receiving through to ecommerce publication and client fulfillment. The Inventory & Ecommerce Manager will ensure products are accurately processed, photographed, merchandised, and shipped while maintaining exceptional organization and operational standards throughout the business.

This individual will serve as a key operational leader, collaborating closely with the in-house studio, showroom team, and management to optimize inventory accuracy, streamline workflows, and deliver an exceptional client experience both online and in-store. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a commitment to maintaining the elevated standards that define Original Luxury.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
  • Maintain an exceptionally organized, clean, and efficient stockroom.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise.
  • Verify quantities, product information, and condition of all inventory.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels within Shopify.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate barcode and product labeling.
  • Organize inventory for maximum efficiency and accessibility.
  • Ensure merchandise is stored according to Original Luxury standards.
Ecommerce & Shopify Management
  • Create and maintain Shopify product listings.
  • Upload products including:
  • Titles
  • Descriptions
  • Product specifications
  • Collections
  • Tags
  • Images
  • Inventory information
  • Maintain product accuracy across the website.
  • Ensure products are published according to merchandising priorities.
  • Monitor product quality and consistency across the ecommerce store.
  • Continuously improve product organization and merchandising.
Product Photography Coordination
  • Coordinate with the in-house content and studio team to schedule product photography.
  • Prepare merchandise for photography.
  • Ensure products are photographed according to brand standards.
  • Track photography status to ensure timely website launches.
  • Verify that images meet Original Luxury quality expectations before publication.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare online orders with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ensure luxury presentation standards are maintained for every shipment.
  • Coordinate courier pickups and shipping documentation.
  • Process showroom transfers and client shipments.
  • Monitor fulfillment timelines to ensure prompt delivery.
Operations
  • Develop and improve inventory workflows and operational procedures.
  • Assist with seasonal inventory counts.
  • Maintain supply levels for shipping and packaging materials.
  • Support showroom operations as required.
  • Assist with merchandising projects and new product arrivals.
  • Collaborate closely with management to improve operational efficiency.
Brand Ambassadorship

The successful candidate must be comfortable serving as a luxury menswear ambassador, embodying the professionalism, confidence, and elevated presentation expected of Original Luxury.

Responsibilities include:
  • Represent Original Luxury professionally both in-store and online.
  • Participate in social media content creation both in front of and behind the camera.
  • Model apparel and accessories for digital marketing, website, and social media content when appropriate.
  • Assist with product demonstrations, styling videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with the Original Luxury brand image.
  • Support special events, brand activations, and client experiences.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, ecommerce, retail operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience using Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms.

Compensation:
