Job summary

Vestas Canada seeks a warehouse inventory professional to manage site inventory movements and document control. You will use ERP systems to coordinate stock, process paperwork, and support shipping and receiving with accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires up to 50 lbs lifting, routine cycle counts, and experience with MS Office and ERP tools. A forklift certification and hazmat awareness are advantageous; the position is on-site at our facility in Quebec.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) preferred.
• Experience around hazmat materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for site inventory management.
• Conduct tool and inventory cycle counts per policy.
• Sort materials to shelves or bins by size, type, style or code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, movements for materials or stock items.
• Record weights/counts to ensure conformance to standards.
• Ensure tool flow and tool calibration return compliance.
• Manage shipping and receiving duties for the site.
• Inspect, weigh, document and transport hazardous materials per policy.
• Validate orders for material consumption accuracy.
• Provide inventory training to staff and new hires.
• Complete projects as assigned by the Site Manager and SCRT team.
