Job summary

Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP, North Bay, ON, is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a permanent full-time, on-site role. You will maintain warehouse cleanliness, perform routine clerical tasks, verify stock levels, and compile inventory reports while handling packing/shipping duties.

The position requires a high school diploma and physical stamina for standing and lifting. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel is preferred to manage data entry and inventory records.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
• Perform routine clerical duties.
• Verify stock availability from current inventories.
• Compile inventory reports.
• Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks, reconcile physical inventories with computer counts.
• Pack items for shipping and distribution.
• Unpack goods received, place stock on shelves.
• Verify receipts and packing slips.
• Record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory system.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Title: Inventory Clerk
Location:755 Wallace Road, North Bay, ON, P1A 0E7 (On-Site)
Shift Time:8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Position Status: Permanent Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
