Job summary

Vestas in Canada (British Columbia) seeks a Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker in Supply Chain and Logistics to oversee the movement of equipment, materials, and inventory using ERP systems while serving as the site’s supply chain steward.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma, MS Office proficiency, and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle). A $3,300 CAD sign-on bonus is offered; forklift/MHE certification may be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of experience or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). ERP experience (e.g. SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Demonstrated IT system skills are highly desired.
• Experience around hazmat materials is a plus.
• Kanban fulfillment practices are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for site inventory management.
• Conduct cycle counts for inventory and tools.
• Sort and place materials according to product code and criteria.
• Fill requisitions and movements for materials and stock items.
• Record weights and counts to ensure accuracy.
• Manage shipping and receiving duties for the site.
