Job summary

RONA is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a high‑performance team in the regional distribution centers. You will coordinate cycle counts, SOPs, and inventory accuracy while managing gains, losses and budgets.

The role requires 5–7 years in warehouse inventory management with supervisory experience, plus WMS/Blu e Yonder proficiency and strong Excel skills. Join a company focused on safety, development and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in warehouse inventory management with supervisory experience.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS); Blue Yonder is a strong asset.
• Post-secondary training in business administration or supply chain management is an asset.
• Advanced Excel/Outlook skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inventory Control team and supervise cycle counts and SOP compliance.
• Monitor inventory loss budgets, track gains/losses and report to regional management.
• Manage all inventory transactions, damages, overages and PO transfers.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective measures with Operations.
• Oversee vendor returns, inbound shipments, and inventory adjustments.
• Prepare and reconcile reports on timing, accuracy, and warehouse activities.
• Ensure safety culture and maintain inventory layout and facilities.
