Job summary

RONA in Temiskaming Shores is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support store operations by maintaining accurate stock records and driving efficient inventory processes.

You will generate and analyze reports, manage store inventory, and assist with pricing adjustments and IT troubleshooting to ensure smooth store operations. Strong data skills and retail experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate data in inventory records and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and inventory software.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and support team members.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, customer-service oriented.
• Retail, warehouse receiving, or logistics experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze various reports (sales margin, PO activity, checkout errors).
• Enter and adjust store inventory, cycle counts, and related data.
• Conduct price override adjustments as needed.
• Collect, receive authorization, input, and file SIU forms.
• Troubleshoot IT issues affecting store operations.
• Perform other duties to keep the store running smoothly.

Your role:

• Enter and adjust store use inventory, cycle counting batches, and other inventory-related data
• Conduct price override adjustments
• Collect, receive authorization, input, and file SIU forms
• Troubleshoot IT issues with store operations
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
