Job summary

WIS International in Canada is seeking a result-driven Inventory Supervisor to lead a team of Inventory Associates and deliver world-class service to retailers and clients.

The role includes supervising and training staff, building customer relationships, counting inventory as needed, and traveling to customer sites. This hourly position offers increases based on performance and a comprehensive training curriculum.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience is an asset.
• Leadership and Training skills are required or preferred.
• Retail or Warehouse experience is an asset.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
• High level of computer literacy is needed.
• Desire to learn the business and pursue promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates.
• Provide world-class service to customers.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Count inventory as part of a team when not supervising.
• Travel to customer locations as part of the role.
