Job summary

Cozey is seeking a Manager, Inventory Control to own inventory integrity across its fulfillment network at the Mont-Royal headquarters. You will guide cycle counts, reconciliations, and SKUs, driving improvements that protect fulfillment performance and customer experience.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead a multi-site team within our WMS, coordinate with warehouses, and ensure accuracy, control, and timely reporting across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control or supply chain roles.
• Experience leading a team across multiple fulfillment sites is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory control policies and cycle count strategy across the fulfillment network.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in all FC locations and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Govern SKU tracking, audits, and adjustments within the WMS.
• Lead year-end physical inventory and SKU lifecycle decisions.
• Identify and resolve inventory issues affecting order fulfillment and stockouts.
• Set performance metrics and build training to standardize practices across sites.
