Fresh Start Foods is seeking a Full-Time Inventory Control Coordinator for our Richmond location. The role focuses on organizing and rotating stock, filling orders, and ensuring accurate inventory. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00am-12:30pm. Wage: between $21-24/hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse items are accurate, audited, received and stored.
• Maintain inventory to meet customer demands.
• Advise management on stock inflow and outflow.
• Prepare inventory data for management decisions.
• Assist Sales Leaders with inventory information.
• Identify and implement improvements in inventory system.
• Coach staff as needed and assist management with discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As our innovative business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Full-Time Inventory Control Coordinator for our Richmond location. This individual will have responsibilities including,organizing and rotating stock,and filling orders.

Position: Full Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00am-12:30pm
Wage: Depending on experience, between $21-24/hour (paid on weekly basis!)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure all items in the warehouse are accurate, audited, received and stored.
• Ensure inventory will meet customer demands efficiently.
• Work directly with Management to advise on stock inflow and outflow
• Compile inventory information and present it to Management for effective decision making, which may include the need for restocking.
• Provide recommendations to Management and Sales Leaders
• Provide accurate information on inventory to customers to guide them on order availability
• Initiate policy changes regarding inventory in the Company
• Investigate inaccuracies in the inventory system and execute necessary improvements towards better business performance focusing on customer satisfaction
• Perform coaching functions to staff where necessary; work with Management where discipline may be required
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment with inventory control experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to perform fundamental mathematical functions.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, email and internet software applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be able to work independently or within a team environment.
