Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits and report findings to management.
• Verify shipments against POs and invoices.
• Maintain records in the inventory system and generate reports.
• Identify best practices for inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams.
• Identify shrinkage risks and support loss prevention.
• Safely operate forklifts and order pickers; maintain attendance.

Role:

Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, this role keeps our warehouse inventory accurate — maintaining stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and keeping operations running efficiently.

You’ll be a strong fit with 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, strong oral and written communication skills, and a detail-oriented, organized, analytical approach to your work. An active Forklift/order picker license is required, or the ability to secure and maintain one.

What we are looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Flexible to work varied shifts based on business needs.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (frequent lifting between 20-40 lbs) (required).
• Active Forklift and order picker license, currently held and maintained (required).
• Very strong oral and written communication skills (required).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system and generate reports as needed.
• Identify and implement best practices for inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure stock availability and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify potential inventory shrinkage risks and assist in loss prevention strategies.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record.
