Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst I to support inventory planning, shipment scheduling, and day-to-day supply chain operations for a leading energy sector organization in North Calgary.

You will participate in cycle counts, optimize stock levels, and prepare inventory and financial reports while collaborating with operations and logistics teams. Initial training will occur in Leduc, AB, with ongoing on-site work in Calgary.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, logistics, supply chain, or materials management.
• ERP system experience.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and adjust shipment plans to ensure efficient product distribution.
• Analyze inventory levels, production rates, and customer demand.
• Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing inventory costs.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Prepare inventory and financial-related reports.
• Support asset valuation activities and inventory tracking initiatives.
• Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
