Job summary

Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 3-month contract at our Edmonton facility. You will move, sort, dismantle and lift materials, operate a baler and shrink wrapper, and support other warehouse tasks.

Candidates should have warehouse or manufacturing experience, be safety-conscious, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and comfortable with standing for long periods. Shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Commitment to personal safety and safety of coworkers.
• Experience using various hand tools/ air tools/power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs. or 18 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and sorts different electronic materials in assigned boxes while adhering to classification of commodities into different grades to maximize production output
• Manually dismantle electronics materials by hand of small tools
• Follow policies, procedures, and work instructions for all daily activities.
• Sort materials into defined categories and report weights processed
• Record data into ERP system regarding weight of material
• Remove batteries from all electronics.
• Always maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness with a focus on Health & Safety
• Promptly report any issues to the Production Supervisor or designate
• Other duties may be required as requested by supervisor or team lead

Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: 8604 43 Ave NW Edmonton AB

Shift time: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Position Status: 3 month contract

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate for a 3 month contract to join our team. In a specified area of the plant, the warehouse associate will be required to move, sort, break apart and lift materials in an efficient manner while respecting standards of security and safety. The warehouse associate will be responsible for operating the baler that compresses and bounds materials, operate the shrink wrapper, and assist in other areas of the warehouse as required.

Key Responsibilities:
