Job summary

AIM in Montréal-Est is seeking a warehouse inventory associate to receive, store, and ship materials in our warehouse operations. You will report to the Inventory and Stores Team Lead and work Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., ensuring accurate data entry and proper labeling. Responsibilities include inspecting materials, using pallet jacks and forklifts, maintaining inventory records in a WMS or manual system, and supporting internal customers with requests while upholding safety

Qualifications

  • Experience in a warehouse, inventory, or supply chain environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Forklift certification (an asset).
  • Bilingual in French and English (an asset).
  • Own vehicle required (location not accessible by public transportation).

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and inspecting materials and entering the required information into our systems.
  • Organizing and storing inventory items in designated areas while ensuring proper labeling and categorization using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records using manual systems or a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Responding to counter requests while providing excellent service to internal customers.
  • Picking inventory items, packaging them, and preparing orders for shipment according to sales and distribution schedules.
  • Monitoring inventory levels by conducting manual inventory counts.
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Participating in periodic audits and preparing inventory reports.

Job Description
