Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership to the Neuropsychology and Cognitive Health, Memory Clinic, and Movement Disorders Clinics.
• Provides interprofessional leadership for Psychology and Behaviour Analysis, Speech Language Pathology; supports ambulatory teams with the Advanced Practice Lead for Ambulatory Clinical Services.
• Supervises Psychologists in Supervised Practice and Regulated Behaviour Analysts in Supervised Practice; maintains Baycrest Pre-doctoral Internship.
• Grows the neuropsychology consultation service across Ontario hospitals.
• Ensures standards of practice and competencies align with regulatory colleges and interprofessional standards.
• Creates and supports continuing education and interprofessional collaboration for staff.
• Develops student education programs and collaborates with Baycrest Academy for Research and Education for placements.
• Engages in research and innovation initiatives, shaping policy and quality plans.
• Implements policies and quality improvements; analyzes performance indicators with partners across Baycrest and universities.
• Coaches and mentors staff to foster creativity, professional judgment, and collaboration; maintains high morale.
• Embeds client- and family-centered care in programs and infrastructure.
• Manages budgets and drives revenue growth as services expand.
