Job summary

Baycrest is seeking a Manager and Interprofessional Practice Chief to lead ambulatory clinical services and interprofessional programs. You will guide neuropsychology, cognitive health, memory clinics, and movement disorders clinics while enabling collaboration across psychology, behavior analysis, and speech-language pathology.

Your role advances care models and cost efficiency through strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Psychology and registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behavior Analysts of Ontario.
• Certification or degree in health or business administration preferred.
• Academic appointment at an Ontario university.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership to the Neuropsychology and Cognitive Health, Memory Clinic, and Movement Disorders Clinics.
• Provides interprofessional practice leadership to psychology, behaviour analysis, speech language pathology and interprofessional ambulatory teams.
• Leads supervision for practicum and internship programs and maintains affiliate training activities.
• Develops policies, budgets and quality improvement plans for efficient clinical service delivery.
