Centennial College is seeking a part-time International Recruitment Assistant to support the recruitment team. The role involves coordinating materials, events, and communications with prospective students, agents, and counsellors, while maintaining accurate records and assisting with campaigns and conversions.
You will work with International Recruitment Specialists and Managers to ensure timely follow-up, efficient lead management, and smooth event operations on campus and virtually.

The incumbent supports the international recruitment team in recruiting students by participating in administrative tasks, student and agent communications (email, phone, WhatsApp), on campus event support, calling campaigns and basic reporting functions. This position will work to support all international managers as assigned (outreach material preparation, agent supports and admin as well as conversion activities).
The role focuses on executing assigned tasks to support recruitment operations, ensuring timely communication and accurate follow-up with prospective students and stakeholders. The incumbent works collaboratively with International Recruitment Specialists and Managers, providing support in lead management, event coordination, operational planning and coordination of recruitment activities, and routine administrative processes, while adhering to established guidelines and procedures. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating multiple concurrent recruitment activities, identifying operational issues that may impact recruitment initiatives, and working with International Recruitment Specialists and Managers to implement appropriate operational solutions. This position requires strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate competing priorities, organize multiple activities simultaneously, and manage routine tasks efficiently.
