Job summary

Starlink Aviation in Canada is seeking a Flight Follower for our international operations under CAR 604/703-704. You will coordinate with pilots, flight coordinators, the operations control centre, and maintenance teams to ensure flights are safe and efficient.

Under the Deputy Director of Operations you will perform technical flight-following duties, assist with planning and monitoring, and handle post-flight administration while acting as an ambassador to satisfy owner-clients.

Qualifications

• Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Experience as a flight follower or flight dispatcher (asset).
• Experience in international and/or Medevac flight planning (asset).
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Vocational diploma in flight dispatch (asset).
• Passing Transport Canada FDOPS and FDMET exams leading to a flight dispatcher certification (asset).
• Knowledge of FOS software (asset).
• College and/or university level education (asset).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor flight operations with pilots and maintenance.
• Oversee planning, flight monitoring, and post-flight administration (commercial flights and medevac).
• Ensure preparatory steps are completed for private flights and maintain client satisfaction.
