Job summary

Starlink Aviation is seeking a Flight Follower to support international operations under CAR 604 and CARs 703-704. You will coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and operations to ensure flights run smoothly and safely, with duties expanding from private to commercial missions, including Medevac support.

The role requires bilingual French/English, eligibility for RAIC, and experience in flight dispatching or related fields. The position offers a dynamic, 24/7 schedule and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
• RAIC eligibility is required.
• Bilingual French and English (spoken).
• Experience as Flight Follower/Dispatcher is an asset.
• Experience in international flight planning or Medevac is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with pilots, flight coordinators, and ops control center.
• Perform flight planning, flight following, and post-flight admin if applicable.
• Ensure privacy, compliance, and client service during private and commercial flights.
