Job summary

Starlink Aviation is seeking a Flight Follower to support its international operations under CAR 604 and CARs 703-704. You will coordinate with pilots, flight coordinators, the operations control center, and maintenance to ensure flights run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities include flight planning, flight following, and post-flight administrative procedures, while acting as a brand ambassador for owner-clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (spoken French and English).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage flight planning, flight following, and post-flight procedures.
• Serve as a key planner and logistical support for flights, coordinating with pilots, OCC, and maintenance.
• Ensure complete client satisfaction for private and commercial flights, including Medevac where applicable.
