Under the Deputy Director of Operations you will perform technical flight-following duties, assist with planning and monitoring, and handle post-flight administration while acting as an ambassador to satisfy owner-clients.
Starlink Aviation is looking for a Flight Follower for our international operation under private (CAR 604) and commercial (CAR 703-704) legislation. You will play an essential role in the efficiency of our operations. You will work closely with pilots, flight coordinators, the operations control centre, and maintenance departments to coordinate and manage various aspects of flight operations.
Under the responsibility of the Deputy Director of Operations, your role will consist of performing the technical tasks of a flight follower while being at the heart of customer service activity. Alongside flight coordination, pilots, maintenance services, and others, you will be an important planner and logistical support to ensure flights reach their destination safely.
Your role as an ambassador will ensure that for private flights, you follow all preparatory steps before, during, and after flights, with the objective of obtaining the complete satisfaction of pilots and owner-clients. For commercial flights and air ambulance missions, you will oversee planning, flight monitoring, and post-flight administrative procedures.
