Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in Business, Office Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Three years of practical experience in student/client services and working with multiple large database systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, listening, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of regulations for international students and immigration for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned portfolio of programs and admits qualified applicants to support international enrolment plans.
• Verifies, assesses and interprets international credentials and transcripts.
• Generates letters of acceptance and deferrals; coordinates information sessions for international applicants.
• Communicates program information to students, agents and recruiters; handles inquiries and complaints.
• Supports program expansions/deferrals and recommends alternatives when needed.
