Job summary

TC Energy in Canada invites you to join our Corporate Communications team as a student communications associate supporting internal communications. You will help deliver timely, accurate messages to our business partners and support ongoing learning and process improvement.

You will prioritize requests, maintain playbooks and templates, review plans, and publish intranet news, leader briefings, and corporate emails.

Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary education in communications, journalism, or public relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a collaborative team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate incoming communication requests.
• Maintain self-serve tools, templates, and guidance documents for internal partners.
• Assess, review, and edit internal communications plans and content.
• Publish content on intranet news, weekly leader briefing newsletter and corporate-wide emails.
• Be involved on project teams for corporate events.
• Collaborate with brand, digital, media relations, and external communications.
