Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Intern, PMO Project Coordinator for Winter 2027 in Saint-Laurent, QC. The role supports governance, planning, execution, and reporting across a portfolio of projects, with a strong emphasis on schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

The internship targets students and offers hybrid work, with potential travel outside Canada for training or assignments. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain teams while learning PMO

Responsibilities

• Support project governance, planning, execution, and reporting activities across a portfolio of projects.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, milestones, action plans, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on action items with project stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Participate in project meetings and document decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
• Assist with project governance activities and compliance with PMO standards and methodologies.
• Support project performance tracking through the collection and analysis of project data and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business partners.
• Assist in identifying project risks and support mitigation planning activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing PMO processes, tools, and reporting.

What are your contributions to the team?

As a PMO Project Coordinator Intern, you will support project governance, planning, execution, and reporting activities across a portfolio of projects.

• Support Project Managers and PMO leaders in the coordination and administration of multiple projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, milestones, action plans, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on action items with project stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Participate in project meetings and document decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
• Assist with project governance activities and compliance with PMO standards and methodologies.
• Support project performance tracking through the collection and analysis of project data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business partners.
