Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking an Applied Science or Engineering student for a 12‑month internship in Mississauga, Canada. You will work on projects related to the Global Business Aircraft, coordinate with the certification team, and help implement new processes into everyday activities.

You will gain hands-on experience with SAP, Flexnet, and FATs Cert, develop presentation and facilitation skills, and participate in daily standups and governance reviews.

Qualifications

• Applied Science or Engineering student pursuing studies in a related field.
• Demonstrates teamwork and proactive, self-motivated work style.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Familiarity with project methodologies and problem-solving approaches.
• Experience with MS Excel macros via VBA is a plus.

What are your contributions to the team?

During your internship, you will contribute to:

• Work on projects related to the Global Business Aircraft
• Plan, coordinate, and collaborate with the certification team and be part of process improvements and optimize the existing process.
• Organize and implement the new process into existing day/weekly activities.

During your internship, you will learn:

• Application/software in SAP, Flexnet, FATs Cert
• Develop presentation skills and facilitation skills
• Participate in Daily Morning meeting, weekly Governance review

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
